How do we get started?
Use Start a Project to prepare an email with your contact details and a short description. Send that draft from your email app to hello@zareen.com.
Do I need a complete specification?
No. A description of the problem, users, and desired outcome is enough for an initial conversation. We can clarify requirements during scoping.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Potentially. Tell us which tools, services, or data sources need to connect. We will assess the technical work and dependencies before quoting.

How much does a project cost?
Cost depends on features, integrations, design, content, and launch requirements. We prepare a proposal with a scoped price before development begins.
How long will it take?
We estimate a timeline after reviewing the scope and dependencies. The proposal will set out the planned delivery stages.
Will we own the code and design?
Ownership, access, licensing, and any third-party dependencies are defined in the project agreement before work starts.
What happens after launch?
Any maintenance, updates, or ongoing support are discussed and scoped with the project. They are not assumed to be included automatically.
